§ 11.6. All final administrative decisions of the Department under this Act are subject to judicial review under the Administrative Review Law, as now or hereafter amended, 1 and the rules adopted pursuant thereto. The term “administrative decision” is defined as in Section 3-101 of the Code of Civil Procedure. 2
Review of a final administrative decision under the Administrative Review Law is not applicable to a decision to conduct a family assessment under subsection (a-5) of Section 7.4 because no determination concerning child abuse or neglect is made and nothing is reported to the central register.
