Illinois Statutes Chapter 325. Children § 5/11.3. Publicizing disclosed information; court actions; violations

§ 11.3. A person given access to the names or other information identifying the subjects of the report, except the subject of the report, shall not make public such identifying information unless the person is a State's attorney or other law enforcement official and the purpose is to initiate court action. Violation of this Section is a Class A misdemeanor.
