§ 7. Meetings. Regular meetings of the Board shall be held no less than 6 times the first year, the time and place of such meetings to be fixed by the Board. The Board shall meet at least quarterly thereafter but not more than 12 meetings per year thereafter. Special meetings may be called by the chairman or by any 8 members of the Board by giving notice thereof in writing, stating the time, place and purpose of the meeting. Such notice shall be served by special delivery letter deposited in the mail at least 48 hours before any special meeting. Eight members of the Board shall constitute a quorum. The affirmative vote of a majority of all members of the Board shall be necessary for any action taken by the Board.
