§ 8. Records. Every claimant of a grant under this Act and, prior to July 1, 2012, every applicant for pharmaceutical assistance under this Act shall keep such records, render such statements, file such forms and comply with such rules and regulations as the Department on Aging may from time to time prescribe. The Department on Aging may by regulations require landlords to furnish to tenants statements as to gross rent or rent constituting property taxes accrued.
