Illinois Statutes Chapter 320. Aging § 25/3.03a. Federal Poverty Level

§ 3.03a. Federal Poverty Level. “Federal Poverty Level” means the federal poverty income guidelines as determined annually by the United States Department of Health and Human Services and updated periodically in the Federal Register by that Department under the authority of 42 U.S.C. 9902(2).
