§ 15. Rural Housing Projects. In addition to other financing that the Program Administrator may make available, the Program Administrator may issue notes and bonds for the purposes of financing rural community housing projects for low and very low-income households, in accordance with the provisions of this Act. For the purposes of this Section, a rural community is any municipality with a population of less than 20,000, or any unincorporated area located in a county with a population of less than 350,000.
