Illinois Statutes Chapter 310. Housing § 65/13. Senior Congregate Housing Demonstration Project

§ 13. Senior Congregate Housing Demonstration Project. (a) The Program Administrator shall, on the recommendation of the Commission and in cooperation with the Department on Aging, implement a senior congregate housing demonstration project for low and very low-income persons 65 years of age or older. The demonstration project shall coordinate its efforts with local agencies which provide services to seniors.

(b) The Program Administrator shall submit to the Governor and the General Assembly a report by January 1, 1991 evaluating the effectiveness of the project provided in this Section. The report shall include, but not be limited to, the number of persons served under the project, information as to the cost of the services, and recommendations as to whether additional senior congregate housing projects should be established.
