Illinois Statutes Chapter 310. Housing § 5/45. Supervision over housing authorities

§ 45. In addition to the powers elsewhere conferred by this Act, the Department shall have the further powers of supervision over housing authorities provided in Section 27 of this Act with reference to housing corporations; except with reference to any project financed in whole or in part by the Federal government or any agency or instrumentality thereof so long as such project is supervised or controlled by the Federal government or any agency or instrumentality thereof or designee or nominee thereof.
