Illinois Statutes Chapter 310. Housing § 5/37. Use of land to conform to zoning ordinance

§ 37. The Illinois Housing Development Authority shall not approve the use of land or the erection or use of buildings by a housing corporation in contravention of any zoning or building ordinance or officially adopted plan of the political subdivision of the state in which such land or building lies.
