§ 95-504. Duties of the Director of the Governor's Office of Management and Budget. The Director of the Governor's Office of Management and Budget shall include in the materials submitted to the General Assembly outlining the Governor's proposed annual budget a description of any budget proposals or other activities, ongoing projects, and plans of the executive branch designed to meet the goals and objectives of the strategic plan and any other information related to the proposed annual budget that the Director of the Governor's Office of Management and Budget believes furthers the goals and objectives of the strategic plan.
