Illinois Statutes Chapter 305. Public Aid § 65/15. Availability of naloxone formulations

§ 15. Availability of naloxone formulations. The Department of Human Services shall, as part of the fiscal year 2024 Drug Overdose Prevention Program, make all FDA-approved formulations of naloxone that are cleared through the Minnesota Multistate Contracting Alliance for Pharmacy, and for which the manufacturer can set up a system for receiving, tracking, and distribution, available to eligible Drug Overdose Prevention Program participants and applicants.
