Illinois Statutes Chapter 305. Public Aid § 5/9-3. Rehabilitative Services

§ 9-3. Rehabilitative Services. The Illinois Department, the County Departments, and local governmental units shall encourage and assist applicants and recipients to make maximum use of the facilities of public or private agencies providing rehabilitative services for persons afflicted with physical, mental or social disabilities requiring specialized care and treatment.
