§ 6-1.9. An adult is eligible for aid under this Article if he is (1) age 21 or over, (2) married and living with a spouse, regardless of age, even if living in the residence of a natural or adoptive parent or (3) age 18, 19, or 20 and not living with a natural or adoptive parent.
