Illinois Statutes Chapter 305. Public Aid § 5/5-5.13. Expedited review of drugs for AIDS treatment

§ 5-5.13. The Illinois Department shall establish procedures for the expedited review, for purposes of inclusion in the Illinois Public Aid formulary, of any drug for the treatment of acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS) which the federal Food and Drug Administration has indicated is subject to a treatment investigational new drug application.
