§ 5-2.06. Payment rates; Children's Community-Based Health Care Centers. Beginning January 1, 2020, the Department shall, for eligible individuals, reimburse Children's Community-Based Health Care Centers established in the Alternative Health Care Delivery Act and providing nursing care for the purpose of transitioning children from a hospital to home placement or other appropriate setting and reuniting families for a maximum of up to 120 days on a per diem basis at the lower of the Children's Community-Based Health Care Center's usual and customary charge to the public or at the Department rate of $950. Payments at the rate set forth in this Section are exempt from the 2.7% rate reduction required under Section 5-5e.
