Illinois Statutes Chapter 305. Public Aid § 5/3-14. Authorization for Federal administration of supplement

§ 3-14. Authorization for Federal administration of supplement: The Illinois Department is authorized to enter into an agreement with the Secretary of Health, Education and Welfare for the Secretary to administer, as provided in Section 1616 of the Social Security Act,  1 any or all portions of a State program to supplement grants.
