Illinois Statutes Chapter 305. Public Aid § 5/11-8.6. Decision--Time and effect

§ 11-8.6. Decision-Time and effect.

A decision on appeal shall be given to the interested parties within 90 days from the date of the filing of the appeal, unless additional time is required for a proper disposition of the appeal. All decisions on appeals shall be binding upon and complied with by the County Departments and local governmental units.
