§ 10-3.4. Obtaining location information.
(a) The Illinois Department shall enter into agreements with the Illinois State Police and the Secretary of State to obtain location information on persons for the purpose of establishing paternity, and establishing, modifying, and enforcing child support obligations.
(b) Upon request, the Illinois Department shall provide information obtained pursuant to this Section to federal agencies and other states' agencies conducting child support enforcement activities under Title IV, Part D of the Social Security Act. 1
