§ 10-19. Support Payments Ordered Under Other Laws; where deposited. The Illinois Department and local governmental units are authorized to receive payments directed by court order for the support of recipients, as provided in the following Acts:
1. “Non-Support of Spouse and Children Act”, approved June 24, 1915, as amended, 1
1.5. The Non-Support Punishment Act, 2
2. “Illinois Marriage and Dissolution of Marriage Act”, as now or hereafter amended, 3
3. The Illinois Parentage Act, as amended, 4
3.5. The Illinois Parentage Act of 2015,
4. “Revised Uniform Reciprocal Enforcement of Support Act”, approved August 28, 1969, 5 as amended,
5. The Juvenile Court Act 6 or the Juvenile Court Act of 1987, as amended, 7
6. The “Unified Code of Corrections”, approved July 26, 1972, as amended, 8
7. Part 7 of Article XII of the Code of Civil Procedure, as amended, 9
8. Part 8 of Article XII of the Code of Civil Procedure, as amended, [FN10] and
9. Other laws which may provide by judicial order for direct payment of support moneys.
Payments under this Section to the Illinois Department pursuant to the Child Support Enforcement Program established by Title IV-D of the Social Security Act [FN11] shall be paid into the Child Support Enforcement Trust Fund. All payments under this Section to the Illinois Department of Human Services shall be deposited in the DHS Recoveries Trust Fund. Disbursements from these funds shall be as provided in Sections 12-9.1 and 12-10.2 of this Code. Payments received by a local governmental unit shall be deposited in that unit's General Assistance Fund.
To the extent the provisions of this Section are inconsistent with the requirements pertaining to the State Disbursement Unit under Sections 10-10.4 and 10-26 of this Code, the requirements pertaining to the State Disbursement Unit shall apply.
