§ 10-17. Other Actions and Remedies for Support. The procedures, actions, and remedies provided in this Article shall in no way be exclusive, but shall be available in addition to other actions and remedies of support, including, but not by way of limitation, the remedies provided in (a) the Illinois Parentage Act of 2015; 1 (b) (blank); (b-5) the Non-Support Punishment Act; 2 (c) (blank); (d) the Illinois Marriage and Dissolution of Marriage Act; (e) the Uniform Child-Custody Jurisdiction and Enforcement Act; (f) the Uniform Interstate Family Support Act; and (g) the common law.
This Article does not create, enlarge, abrogate, or diminish parental rights or duties under other laws of this State, including the common law.
