§ 10-17.4. Security, Bond or Guarantee to Secure Payment. The Illinois Department may provide by rule for the requiring of, or for the requesting of the court to require, a responsible relative to post security, bond or give some other guarantee of a character and amount sufficient to assure payment of any amount due under a support order entered by a court or administrative body of this or any other State on behalf of resident or non-resident persons. The rule shall provide for notice to and an opportunity to be heard by each responsible relative affected and any final administrative decision rendered by the Department shall be reviewed only under and in accordance with the Administrative Review Law. 1
