§ 10-17.2. Income Withholding By Administrative Order. The Illinois Department may provide by rule for entry of an administrative support order containing income withholding provisions and for service and enforcement of an income withholding notice and a National Medical Support Notice, by the Child and Spouse Support Unit based upon and in the same manner as prescribed by the Income Withholding for Support Act. 1 The penalties provided in the Income Withholding for Support Act shall apply hereto and shall be enforced by filing an action under that Act. The rule shall provide for notice to and an opportunity to be heard by the responsible relative affected and any final administrative decision rendered by the Department shall be reviewed only under and in accordance with the Administrative Review Law. 2
