§ 10-13.1. Examination of Records. The Illinois Department, or any properly designated officer or employee thereof, may examine any books, papers, records or memoranda bearing upon the determination of ability to support and the order for support and upon any matter pertinent to the relative's petition and may compel the attendance and testimony of any person or persons, including the petitioning responsible relative, having knowledge of matters germane to the determination order, or the petition.
