Illinois Statutes Chapter 305. Public Aid § 35/6-2. Emergency rules

§ 6-2. The Illinois Department may implement this amendatory Act of 1992 through the use of emergency rules in accordance with Section 5.02 of the Illinois Administrative Procedure Act.  1 For purposes of the Illinois Administrative Procedure Act,  2 the adoption of rules to implement this amendatory Act of 1992 shall be considered an emergency and necessary for the public interest, safety and welfare.
