Illinois Statutes Chapter 305. Public Aid § 20/11. Payments to Energy Providers

§ 11. Payments to Energy Providers. When an energy provider supplies winter energy to a participant and customer, the provider shall be compensated by the State of Illinois pursuant to rules promulgated by the Department.
