Illinois Statutes Chapter 30. Finance § 708/35. Conflicts of interest

§ 35. Conflicts of interest. The Governor's Office of Management and Budget shall adopt rules regarding conflict of interest policies for awards. A non-federal entity must disclose in writing any potential conflict of interest to the pass-through entity in accordance with applicable awarding agency policy.
