§ 99-995. Closed meetings; vote requirement. This Act authorizes the Commission on Government Forecasting and Accountability to hold closed meetings in certain circumstances. In order to meet the requirements of subsection (c) of Section 5 of Article IV of the Illinois Constitution, the General Assembly determines that closed meetings of the Commission on Government Forecasting and Accountability are required by the public interest. Thus, this Act is enacted by the affirmative vote of two-thirds of the members elected to each house of the General Assembly.
