§ 3-3.5. Vendor payment contracts. Any contract executed under the Vendor Payment Program specified in Section 900.125 of Title 74 of the Illinois Administrative Code prior to June 30, 2018 shall remain in effect until those contracts have expired. Those parties with existing contracts shall comply with additional reporting requirements established under this amendatory Act of the 100th General Assembly or rules adopted hereunder.
