§ 53-30. Illinois State Toll Highway Authority. The Illinois State Toll Highway Authority may enter into contracts, leases, licenses, or agreements for a term not to exceed 25 years that relate to the grant of concessions or the leasing of any part of a toll highway for motor fuel service stations and facilities, garages, stores, or restaurants. Nothing in this Section shall be construed to apply to properties in which the Illinois State Toll Highway Authority is the lessee.
