Illinois Statutes Chapter 30. Finance § 500/45-65. Additional preferences

§ 45-65. Additional preferences. This Code is subject to applicable provisions of:

(1) the Public Purchases in Other States Act;  1

(2) the Illinois Mined Coal Act;  2

(3) the Steel Products Procurement Act;  3

(4) the Veterans Preference Act;  4

(5) the Business Enterprise for Minorities, Women, and Persons with Disabilities Act;  5 and

(6) the Procurement of Domestic Products Act.  6
