§ 1-15.47. Master contract. “Master contract” means a definite quantity, indefinite quantity, or requirements contract awarded in accordance with this Code, against which subsequent orders may be placed to meet the needs of a State purchasing entity. A master contract may be for use by a single State purchasing entity or for multiple State purchasing entities and other entities as authorized under the Governmental Joint Purchasing Act.
