Illinois Statutes Chapter 30. Finance § 445/35. Authority for issuance

§ 35. Authority for issuance. The authority to issue bonds by a governmental unit under this Act and applicable law for clean energy infrastructure projects is in addition to any other authority to issue bonds by a governmental unit provided by law.
