Illinois Statutes Chapter 30. Finance § 352/25. Restriction on ordinance passage

§ 25. Restriction on ordinance passage. The governing body shall not adopt the ordinance selling the non-referendum general obligation bonds or limited bonds for a period of 7 days after the final adjournment of the public hearing held under this Act.
