Illinois Statutes Chapter 30. Finance § 260/4. Payments in installments

§ 4. In the event the award provides for payments in installments, the Illinois Workers' Compensation Commission or the clerk of the Court of Claims, as the case may be, shall furnish the State Comptroller and the Department of Central Management Services with a certified copy of such award and upon receipt thereof the Comptroller and the Department of Central Management Services shall pay such award at such intervals and in such amount as awarded.
