Illinois Statutes Chapter 30. Finance § 210/7. Legal and collection assistance

§ 7. Upon agreement of the Attorney General, the Bureau may contract for legal assistance in collecting past due accounts. Any contract entered into under this Section before the effective date of this amendatory Act of the 93rd General Assembly shall remain valid but may not be renewed.
