(mm) In addition to any other transfers that may be provided for by law, beginning on the effective date of the changes made to this Section by this amendatory Act of the 103rd General Assembly and until June 30, 2024, as directed by the Governor, the State Comptroller shall direct and the State Treasurer shall transfer up to a total of $1,500,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund to the State Coronavirus Urgent Remediation Emergency Fund.
(nn) In addition to any other transfers that may be provided for by law, beginning on the effective date of the changes made to this Section by this amendatory Act of the 103rd General Assembly and until June 30, 2024, as directed by the Governor, the State Comptroller shall direct and the State Treasurer shall transfer up to a total of $424,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund to the Build Illinois Bond Fund.
(oo) In addition to any other transfers that may be provided for by law, on July 1, 2023, or as soon thereafter as practical, the State Comptroller shall direct and the State Treasurer shall transfer the sum of $500,000 from the General Revenue Fund to the Governor's Administrative Fund.
(pp) In addition to any other transfers that may be provided for by law, on July 1, 2023, or as soon thereafter as practical, the State Comptroller shall direct and the State Treasurer shall transfer the sum of $500,000 from the General Revenue Fund to the Grant Accountability and Transparency Fund.
(qq) In addition to any other transfers that may be provided for by law, beginning on the effective date of the changes made to this Section by this amendatory Act of the 103rd General Assembly and until June 30, 2024, as directed by the Governor, the State Comptroller shall direct and the State Treasurer shall transfer up to a total of $350,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund to the Fund for Illinois' Future.
(rr) In addition to any other transfers that may be provided for by law, on July 1, 2024, or as soon thereafter as practical, the State Comptroller shall direct and the State Treasurer shall transfer the sum of $500,000 from the General Revenue Fund to the Governor's Administrative Fund.
(ss) In addition to any other transfers that may be provided for by law, on July 1, 2024, or as soon thereafter as practical, the State Comptroller shall direct and the State Treasurer shall transfer the sum of $500,000 from the General Revenue Fund to the Grant Accountability and Transparency Fund.
(tt) In addition to any other transfers that may be provided for by law, on July 1, 2024, or as soon thereafter as practical, the State Comptroller shall direct and the State Treasurer shall transfer the sum of $25,000,000 from the Violent Crime Witness Protection Program Fund to the General Revenue Fund.
