§ 8.22. Appropriations for the ordinary and contingent expenses of the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity may be made from the Intra-Agency Services Fund, provided that the State Comptroller and the State Treasurer shall, within a reasonable time after July 1 of each year, upon the direction of the Governor, transfer from the Intra-Agency Services Fund to the General Revenue Fund such amounts as the Governor has determined to be in excess of the amount required to meet the obligations of the Intra-Agency Services Fund.
