Illinois Statutes Chapter 30. Finance § 105/5e-2. Transfers from Road Fund

§ 5e-2. Transfers from Road Fund. In addition to any other transfers that may be provided for by law, on July 1, 2024, or as soon thereafter as practical, the State Comptroller shall direct and the State Treasurer shall transfer the sum of $20,000,000 from the Road Fund to the Federal/State/Local Airport Fund to be used for purposes consistent with Section 11 of Article IX of the Illinois Constitution. This Section is repealed on January 1, 2026.
