§ 14c. Prescription drug benefits. For contracts entered into on or after the effective date of this amendatory Act of the 93rd General Assembly, no appropriation may be expended for prescription drug benefits under the State Employees Group Insurance Act of 1971 unless the benefit program allows all prescription drug benefits to be provided on the same terms and conditions by any willing provider that is qualified for network participation and is authorized to dispense prescription drugs.
