§ 1. The Governor shall report any action taken by him pursuant to paragraph (b), (d) or (e) of Section 9 of Article IV of the Constitution on any bill passed by the General Assembly to the Clerk of the House of Representatives and the Secretary of the Senate within 2 days after taking such action. The report shall specify the action taken and shall include a copy of the message from the Governor to the house of origin pertaining to the bill.
The Clerk of the House of Representatives and the Secretary of the Senate shall promptly distribute copies of such report and message to the members of the House of Representatives and Senate, respectively.
