Illinois Statutes Chapter 25. Legislature § 170/9. Petition to member or public official; right not to be infringed

§ 9. Nothing in this Act shall be construed to infringe in any way the right of a citizen to lawfully petition a member of the General Assembly or any other public official as guaranteed in the Constitution of the State of Illinois.
