§ 4. The Architect of the Capitol shall furnish the System with suitable office space in the legislative complex, as defined in the Legislative Commission Reorganization Act of 1984, situated in a location convenient to the chambers of the Senate and the House of Representatives.
The Secretary of State shall, as State librarian, cooperate with the System by making accessible to the System the library collection and providing, on a loan basis, such books, periodicals and other materials as relate to the purposes of this Act.
