§ 10-5. The Commission on Government Forecasting and Accountability may accept monetary gifts or grants from a charitable foundation or from a professional association or from other reputable sources for the operation of a legislative staff internship program. Such gifts and grants may be held in trust by the Commission on Government Forecasting and Accountability and expended for operating the program. Expenses of operating the program may also be paid out of funds appropriated to the Commission on Government Forecasting and Accountability or to the General Assembly, its officers, committees or agencies.
