Illinois Statutes Chapter 25. Legislature § 120/2.1. “Set by Compensation Review Board”; meaning

§ 2.1. “Set by Compensation Review Board”; meaning. If salary or compensation is provided by law as set by the Compensation Review Board, then that means the salary or compensation in effect on the effective date of this amendatory Act of the 96th General Assembly or as otherwise provided in this Act.
