§ 1.1. For purposes of the computation of mileage to which a member is entitled under this Act and in all other instances where the determination of the residence of a member is relevant, each member of the General Assembly is deemed to be a resident of and to have his home in the legislative district which that member represents and from which that member has been elected or appointed to serve in the General Assembly.
