Illinois Statutes Chapter 240. Warehouses § 5/9. Statements as to control or affiliation

§ 9. If applicant is under direct or indirect common control with, or is controlled by any other person, partnership, corporation or other entity the application shall state:

a. Name of such controlling or affiliated party or parties;

b. Nature and extent of such control.
