§ 23. The Director, by his agents, shall inspect at least once in each license period, the license, safety deposit boxes, safes, vault or other facilities furnished by the licensee.
If the Director finds that the licensee is not complying with the provisions of this Act he may revoke the license of the licensee, and the licensee shall not be eligible for a license hereunder for a period of 6 months following the date of revocation.
The Director shall keep in his office a permanent record of all inspections made, and such record shall be available to the public.
