Illinois Statutes Chapter 240. Warehouses § 10/9. Uniform Commercial Code; force and effect

§ 9. The provisions of the “Uniform Commercial Code”, enacted by the Seventy-second General Assembly,  1 shall remain in full force and effect in respect to warehouses, warehousemen, personal property, persons, depositors and receipts coming within the purview of this Act.
