Illinois Statutes Chapter 235. Liquor § 5/9-15. Places violating to be nuisances; abatement

§ 9-15. All places where alcoholic liquor is sold in violation of any provision of this Article shall be taken and held and are declared to be common nuisances and may be abated as such.
