Illinois Statutes Chapter 235. Liquor § 5/7-3. Revocation of license; forfeiture of bond

§ 7-3. If a licensee shall be convicted of the violation of any of the provisions of this Act, or his license shall be revoked and no appeal is taken from said order of revocation or any appeal taken therefrom is decided adversely to the licensee, said bond (if one is required) shall thereupon be forfeited.
